We think it’s great that you’re a Horizon Sales customer! We’ve decided it was time to start rewarding our loyal patrons. Bright Horizons Rewards is the perfect way to show you how much we appreciate you.
How to Get Started
We’ve made it quick and easy to earn rewards from this exciting new program. All you have to do is enroll by filling out the Bright Horizons enrollment form, then start placing orders! That’s it! When we receive your orders we will track your point details. As you achieve new levels in the program we’ll notify you, then you’ll get rewarded!
Enroll in the Program
Simply fill out the Bright Horizons enrollment form. It’s quick and straightforward.
Start Placing Orders
Once you have completed your enrollment, start placing your orders as usual.
Earn Points
With every order you place, you'll earn points. The more you order, the more points you accumulate.
Get Rewards
As you reach new levels in the program, we’ll notify you and you’ll receive exciting rewards.
Earning Rewards
When you join as a Bright Horizons Reward Member, you can earn all kinds of exciting rewards. When reaching new levels you’ll be notified with a selection of items to choose from. Some examples include gift cards, free meals, free products, donations to charity, and more!
Earning Points
- Earn 1 Point for every $1 in orders submitted
- Earn bonus points during special incentive periods
- Achieve new levels in the program to earn great rewards
Unable to Accept Gifts?
Should a customer decline to accept an award for company, personal, or legal reasons, Horizon Sales will offer to make a monetary contribution in the name of the customer/or customer’s company to one of the following charities:
- ASPCA
- American Heart Association
- St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital
- Breast Cancer Research Foundation
- Fisher House Foundation (a charity for veterans and their families).
Bright Horizons Rewards Program Terms and Conditions
It is the responsibility of each Member to read and fully understand the following terms and conditions.
Points are accrued by placing orders with Horizon Sales Supply Group. Orders must be placed with manufacturers eligible for Bright Horizons Rewards. For an updated list of eligible manufacturers, please consult your Horizon Sales representative. Members earn one point per dollar spent on eligible orders.
Points are earned at a rate of one point for each full dollar of an order. Horizon Sales occasionally offers special incentive periods during which points can be earned at double the usual rate. These periods are communicated via email and typically last for two weeks.
To qualify for different levels of Bright Horizons Rewards (BHR), Members must accumulate the following points:
- Dawn (0-4,999 points): Membership begins with the submission of your first order to Horizon Supply Group.
- Daybreak (5,000-19,999 points): Achieve 5,000 points to become a Daybreak member.
- Sunrise (20,000-49,999 points): Achieve 20,000 points to become a Sunrise member.
- Sunbeam (50,000-99,999 points): Achieve 50,000 points to become a Sunbeam member.
- Sunshine (100,000-249,999 points): Achieve 100,000 points to become a Sunshine member.
- Sunburst (250,000 points): Achieve 250,000 points to become a Sunburst member.
With each level, Members will receive a choice of rewards including gift cards, meals, charity donations, or free products.
Horizon Sales will offer 4-10 reward options for each new level achieved. The selection of rewards may change periodically without prior notice. Rewards available at one level may not be available at subsequent levels.
If a Member declines to accept a reward for any reason, Horizon Sales will offer to make a monetary donation in the Member’s name to one of the following charities:
- ASPCA
- American Heart Association
- St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital
- Breast Cancer Research Foundation
- Fisher House Foundation (supporting veterans and their families)
Points begin accruing at the time of order placement. If an order or part of an order is canceled, the corresponding points will be deducted. Point totals reset to zero on January 1 each year, with a maximum of 250,000 points possible per calendar year. If 250,000 points are reached before January 1, the total will reset to zero. Horizon Sales reserves the right to terminate a Member’s account and cancel accrued points if the Member is found to be abusing the program or misrepresenting any associated information. The list of eligible manufacturers may change at any time. Horizon Sales reserves the right to terminate the program or modify these Terms and Conditions, regulations, or benefits, in whole or in part, at any time with or without notice. Horizon Sales also retains the right to withdraw, limit, or cancel points required for reward redemption, or to alter the number or type of rewards offered. Horizon Sales’ decision on any disputes related to rewards is final. Employees of Horizon Sales and their families are ineligible for membership. Each company location is permitted only one Bright Horizons Rewards account. Accounts may be transferred to another individual within the same company each calendar year.
