Joshua Casper
Owner, Sales Manager
Josh Casper became the owner of Horizon Sales in 2025, building on nearly a decade of experience with the company. He first joined Horizon Sales in 2016 as a customer specialist in full factory automation for the electronics industry. Today, Josh leads the company while continuing to serve as Sales Manager, consulting on all aspects of electronics manufacturing and helping customers implement innovative solutions to improve their manufacturing processes.
Rachel Marino
Operations, Marketing
Rachel Marino joined Horizon Sales in November 2014, bringing extensive experience in office administration with an emphasis in customer service. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Eastern Michigan University.
Ken DeVries
Logistics & Warehouse Manager, Gen3 Sales Manager
Ken DeVries joined Horizon Sales in 2018 as a Regional Sales Manager with 25 years of experience in Specialty Sales and Customer Service. He holds a Communications degree from The University of Detroit Mercy.
Jeff Habbyshaw
Supply Sales Manager
Jeff Habbyshaw joined Horizon Sales in 2017 as General Manager, bringing over 20 years of experience in the electronics assembly industry. He previously worked as a sales representative and sales manager for two contract manufacturers.
David Smith

David Smith joined Horizon Sales in July 2015 with 10 years of electronics industry experience. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics and Computer Engineering Technology from Bowling Green State University.
Kyle Keydel

Kyle Keydel joined Horizon Sales in 2021 with 10 years of electronics manufacturing experience. He is a Certified Surface Mount Technology Process Engineer, bringing years of experience working in manufacturing.
